Mother’s Day Gifts for Mums and Expectant Mums: A Thoughtful Giveaway

Mother’s Day Gifts for Mums and Expectant Mums: A Thoughtful Giveaway

Mother’s Day is a chance to slow down and appreciate the mums who do so much every day. Whether it’s a mum of toddlers, a brand new mum, or someone expecting their first baby, it’s a time to say thank you. Finding thoughtful Mother’s Day gifts can feel tricky though. Many mums will say they don’t need anything, but a small gesture can mean a lot.

At Aneby, we love simple things that make family life a little nicer. That’s why this year we’re running a small Mother’s Day giveaway.

We’re inviting our community to nominate a brilliant mum who deserves a treat.

If someone special comes to mind, you can nominate a mum here.

Mother’s Day Gifts That Feel Meaningful

Mother’s Day presents don’t need to be big or expensive. Often the best gifts are the ones that show someone has really thought about them.

Some thoughtful Mother’s Day gift ideas include:

  • A handwritten card or letter

  • Breakfast made by the family

  • A quiet morning to relax

  • A small keepsake for their child

  • Comfortable, high quality everyday items

For many mums, the most meaningful presents are the ones connected to their children and family life.

Mother’s Day Presents for Expectant Mums

Expectant mums are sometimes forgotten on Mother’s Day. But pregnancy is such a special and emotional time. It’s often the start of a whole new chapter.

If someone you know is expecting a baby, there are lots of thoughtful ways to include them in Mother’s Day.

Some simple gift ideas for expectant mums include:

  • A journal to record their pregnancy journey

  • A relaxing bath or self-care treat

  • A soft blanket for the baby

  • Organic baby clothes ready for their little arrival

  • A framed scan photo or memory box

These kinds of gifts help celebrate the excitement of becoming a mum.

Why We Care About Thoughtful Children’s Clothes

When I started Aneby, I wanted to create children’s clothes that felt simple, comfortable and well made. As a parent, I found it hard to find pieces that were stylish but also practical for everyday life.

Our clothes are made using organic fabrics and produced in small batches. We keep the designs simple so they can be worn again and again.

They’re the sort of clothes that work for messy play, quiet days at home, and everything in between.

Our Mother’s Day Giveaway

This Mother’s Day we’re giving away a small bundle of Aneby organic kids clothes to one nominated mum.

If you know someone who deserves a little surprise, we’d love to hear about them.

Maybe it’s a friend who has just had a baby.
Maybe it’s a mum who is always there for everyone else.
Or maybe it’s someone expecting their first child.

Nominate a mum here for a chance to win the giveaway.

We’ll read through the nominations and choose one winner.

Celebrating the Everyday Moments

Motherhood is made up of lots of small moments. School runs, bedtime stories, messy kitchens and cuddles on the sofa. These moments often pass quickly, but they are the ones that matter most.

Mother’s Day is a nice reminder to pause and celebrate them.

If there’s a mum in your life who deserves a little appreciation this year, take a moment to tell them. Even the smallest gesture can make someone’s day.

And if you’d like to, don’t forget you can nominate a brilliant mum for our Mother’s Day giveaway.
