If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We have a 14 day right of return policy from the date of delivery. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
We don’t offer exchanges – all accepted returns will be refunded.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

- Return your item(s) to the address provided
Additional Information:
- Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please retain proof of postage and keep a record of your tracking number.
- You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charge.
- If a receiver refuses an order on delivery, Aneby reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return from the final refund.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging with no visible signs of wear or use.
- Once the goods are received back at our warehouse, the refund will be issued within 5 working days.
